One Piece Chapter 1196 introduces an interesting turn in Sanji’s fight, so here’s what to expect.
The Holy Knights’ time on the giant country seems to be close to an end. While Luffy, Loki, and Hajrudin are giving their all to stop Imu, Zoro has already mastered the Conqueror’s Haki and has bested Sommers in Chapter 1195. The latter’s defeat also ruins the Holy Knights’ plan to kidnap the giant children.
Another Knight – Gunko – has regained consciousness. Though she remembers Brook and their past, she insists on being Gunko of the Manmayer family. The last Holy Knight on Elbaf is Killingham, who’s currently fighting Sanji while trying to steal the giant children.
But before Sanji can vanquish the nightmare creator, he has to get over his biggest weakness and find the Conqueror’s Haki within himself. Whether he manages to do that is revealed in One Piece Chapter 1195.

One Piece Chapter 1196 major spoilers
ShueishaTitled ‘There’s No Worth In A Love That Longs For Death’, One Piece Chapter 1196 deals with Sanji’s self-hatred and his belief that sacrificing himself would make everything around him perfect. The cover page features a kangaroo boxing with Lilith and Edison.
After Killingham exposes Sanji’s biggest nightmare, he turns into Ivankov. He then merges with Ivankov’s image and takes on a new form with his own Kirin body and Ivankov’s giant head. A flashback takes us back to the Kamabakka Kingdom, where Sanji spent two years during the time skip.
Sanji remembers Ivankov telling him that he’s always lacked self-love. Back to the present, the chef realizes something, and the nightmare version of Ivankov disappears. Sanji lights a cigarette and concludes One Piece Chapter 1196 with the words: “I already told you, you’re way too full of yourself, horse-man!!”
