Twitch streamer and influencer Benius “BenDaDonnn” has spoken up about his recent arrest, claiming authorities racially profiled him.

For context, BenDaDonnn made headlines on October 4, 2026, when he was arrested for evading arrest/detention near Texas A&M’s campus after the Aggies’ 34-7 win over Arkansas. Furthermore, a video of the incident went viral, showing the influencer being tasered by a police officer.

BenDaDonnn hosted a Twitch livestream on October 5, 2026, during which he addressed the situation.

While claiming that he would be taking legal action against the police officer who tased and arrested him, the 34-year-old said:

“What I do want to say is I do believe that I was racially profiled, and I’m not here to, like, make these into no crazy thing, but obviously, I do think I was racially profiled. He, like, zoned in. He picked, and was like, ‘I’m going to get your ***, brother.’ So, we do got legal **** going on. We own it, 1000%.”

The content creator added that he was “wrongfully accused and detained”:

“I was wrongfully accused; I was wrongfully detained. *****, the only thing I got accused was of was evading. What am I being detained… what is you hold me for? Because the only order was to get on the sidewalk. I been on the sidewalk since the first command. Since the first one. I ain’t pop **** or nothing! I told you, ‘Stop putting your hands on people’; you don’t got to put your hands on people to tell them a command. So, what am I being detained for?! Me talking back to you?”

During the same Twitch stream, BenDaDonnn mentioned that his bond was set at $7,000, while his security personnel’s bonds were lower. The musician expressed surprise at the situation and said:

“Me and Kenny was in that ***** locked down together. I don’t know how the ****… my bond was like $7,000; Kenny’s was $4,000. How?! Why I’ve got to pay more? And, obviously, I got to pay for both of us, which is fine, because that’s my security. But why I got to pay more?! I did realize that I had my chains and my Richard on, so maybe that had something to do with it.”
