Progressive Twitch streamer Hasan Piker recently revisited his criticisms of the Kamala Harris campaign from 2024.
On October 3, 2026, progressive streamer Hasan Piker went live on Twitch. Among several topics, he discussed Kamala Harris’ performance during the 2024 presidential election. The streamer revisited some of his own talking points from 2024, addressing criticism he received for involving himself in Democratic campaigns.
Piker said his detractors were upset with him for calling out Harris during her campaign and not getting more involved, but now want him to be more critical of the campaigns he’s currently involved in, with candidates like Abdul El-Sayed and Zohran Mamdani. Calling said critics “headless chickens,” he had this to say:
“The same people that were mad at me for making a prescient point that turned out to be the real fatal flaw of the Kamala Harris campaign, are the exact same ********* consultants who are running around like headless chickens, freaking the **** out because I’m too involved with democratic campaigns. At first, they were like, ‘You weren’t involved enough with Kamala Harris. You didn’t suck it up… You were too critical of her campaign.’ And now, they’re like, ‘Actually, you need to be more critical of the campaigns. Stay away from the campaigns.’ How does that make sense?”
Piker revisited an old clip from 2024, where Harris spoke about her love for small businesses. Piker watched a clip where he clapped back at her comments, calling her “boring, uncharismatic, and repetitive.” The streamer also reacted to another one of his own criticisms of Harris during her campaign, suggesting she was “bad”. Stating that “that’s not a real position,” the progressive Twitch streamer had previously said:
“Oh my god, she’s ******* boring, uncharismatic, and so goddamn repetitive. It’s making me wanna ******* Brian Kill me [Kilmeade] dude. ‘I love our small businesses,’ like, no you don’t. Shut the **** up… Nobody LOVES small businesses, that’s not a real position…. It is shocking how bad she is.”
“Turns Out I Was Right”: Hasan Piker Criticizes Kamala Harris
Hasan Piker compared Donald Trump’s strategic performance to that of Kamala Harris. The Twitch streamer suggested that Trump had targeted voters who were too young to remember his first term in 2016. He also criticized Harris for not differentiating herself from Joe Biden during her campaign. Claiming that it was a “terrible mistake,” he said:
“I said this in my analysis leading up to the election, where I told you over and over again, there’s a likelihood that Kamala Harris secures the victory just by the Electoral College, but Donald Trump wins the popular vote… My interpretation stemmed from the fact that Donald Trump was… betting his entire Electoral run on people who were too young to remember what it was like when he was president. Turns out, I was right, those were the people that made up the margins… I said it a million times over, that’s why parading Liz Cheney was a bad idea. That’s why not clearly differentiating yourself from Joe Biden was a f****** terrible mistake.”
