A man has been arrested after content creator Yoatzi Castro accused him of groping her during a Twitch livestream at Disneyland.
Castro was visiting the Anaheim theme park with friends on September 23 when the incident happened near Sleeping Beauty Castle.
Footage she later shared on Instagram shows a man walking behind her before she immediately turns around and confronts him. The alleged contact is not clearly visible in the video, leading to some debate online about whether the man intended to touch her or if it was accidental.
Castro then followed the man and hit him in the back while telling her friends he grabbed her. The man, however, denied the claims, responding, “What are you talking about?”
Speaking to KTLA about the encounter, Castro described feeling violated.
“My first instinct was to turn around and punch because I felt extremely violated,” she said.

Castro said she sought help from Disneyland security, who began searching for the man. When they initially couldn’t find him, she posted his photograph and footage of the encounter online.
Around 15 minutes later, she said security informed her they had located him. Castro credited the Twitch livestream footage with helping identify him.
An Anaheim Police Department spokesperson confirmed to People that officers interviewed the man and arrested him on suspicion of misdemeanor sexual battery. He was released that night with a citation.
Police are continuing with the investigation, including witness interviews. Disneyland also confirmed it worked with local law enforcement in response to the incident.
Castro said she intends to press charges and wants her experience to encourage other women and girls to speak up about inappropriate behavior.
Other Twitch broadcasters have reported similar encounters during livestreams. In 2023, Spanish streamer Gonsabellla filed a police report after accusing a tourist of groping her during a broadcast from a bar.
That same year, a man in Hong Kong was sentenced to three months in prison after sexually assaulting streamer may5w during her live broadcast. He pleaded guilty to indecent assault.
