The Last Bus Out Anomaly Commission in NTE is located in Duskmoor, and will take players on a strange bus ride. To solve the Anomaly and return to the real world, they must lead a special puppet and a creepy shadow back to the bus, essentially giving them a ride out of their cage.
Last Bus Out Anomaly Commission In NTE (Wayward Line)
To solve the Last Bus Out Anomaly Commission in NTE, you must:
- Lead the special kid puppet to the bus
- Lead the running shadow to the bus
The Anomaly Commission is located in Duskmoor, east of the Jade Court Volleyball arena.
NTE Bus Anomaly (Last Bus Out Solution)
After arriving at the bus stop, interact with the newspaper on the bench and sit down to wait for the bus. Once the bus arrives, board it and sit down inside. Wait until it stops at another bus stop.
Read the newspaper on the bench to learn the first goal of the Last Bus Out Anomaly Commission in NTE: a special child is lost here. Please find them and take them home.
Look across the street to see a puppet with a newspaper on it. Follow the lights until you reach a weird area filled with puppets.
There’s no way inside, but the newspaper nearby gives you the hint: you must look away for the children to move.
After the puppet moves aside, head inside.
Between them is an important hint: when you meet the special child, DO NOT take your eyes off it.
The special kid is grey, so it’s a different color from the other puppets. Interact with it, and it will stand. Now, you must keep your eye on it and lead it to the bus. This means you may have to walk backward all the way to the bus.
If you lose sight of it, the kid will disappear, and you have to look around to find it again. I tried this on purpose, and I couldn’t find the child. I went back inside the play area, and the puppet wasn’t there either. Thankfully, after I exited the arena, the special puppet reappeared.
Once the special puppet is on the bus, sit down and ride the bus to another bus stop.
This time, there will be a strange shadow next to a newspaper. Read the paper to learn that you must help set the shadow free.
Cross the street and follow the lamps just like you did the first time.
There will be a switch in front of the area, and a hint that there are three switches to press.
Head inside and find the second switch. When you go further in for the third switch, a shadow will chase you and take you back to the starting point.
So instead of walking from inside, walk around the area from outside until you find a side entrance. Quickly press the switch, then run to the bus as the shadow will chase you. You don’t need to walk backward as you did with the puppet, but you need to make sure to lead the shadow to the bus.
Sit down once more, and you will meet Taygedo at the bus stop. Taygedo will refuse to board the bus no matter what you say, so just sit back down inside the bus. Despite refusing to board, Taygedo will chase after the bus when it moves. In the middle of the road, the bus will stop to let Taygedo in, then resume its route.
Eventually, you’ll be kicked off the bus, completing the Last Bus Out Anomaly Commission in NTE.
