Asmongold lambasts Twitch streamer Silky for “still crashing out over slavery,” as the two content creators get embroiled in a conflict.
Popular Twitch streamers Zack “Asmongold” and Jerry “Silky” have clashed on social media over slavery’s lasting impact.
It all started on September 24, 2026, when Silky accused Asmongold of racism. Silky also made it clear that he “won’t address” certain things about certain people.
Silky went on to describe Asmongold as someone who was “out of touch with reality,” calling him a “bot”:
“I don’t have to respond to anything, my *****. Like, you see, I’m not going to address certain **** with certain people because this is the people. You know what I’m saying? These are the people (Silky shows private messages between Asmongold and Twitch streamer Emiru). I’m not going to address somebody that I don’t need to address because these are the people that I am addressing. But I can’t beef with somebody who is out of touch with reality, bro. The ***** doesn’t leave his crib, so he doesn’t know reality. He looks at what’s on the internet, bro; he literally bases his everything off of the internet, gang. Like, he’s an actual bot. Like, he doesn’t go outside! These ****** who sit in their ******* room and don’t understand a **** about human life, and are ******* bots, would never be able to understand what the **** somebody went through, gang. You would never understand what it felt like growing up in the shelter. And the ****** say, ‘Oh, blame the people before you.’ Why would I blame the people before me if you guys were the guys that enslaved that they couldn’t even do?!”
Asmongold responded to the Twitch streamer by saying that he was “still crashing out over slavery,” adding that he should “stop acting like he grew up under segregation”:
“You’re still crashing out over slavery. You are so young that whenever you were growing up, the President was Black! Please, stop the larp. Stop the larp! Stop acting like you grew up under segregation. All white people did not grow up with generational wealth. And I’m going to give it to Silky. I’m going to give Silky one, and hopefully he understands this – I think that you’re right that more white people have generational wealth than Black people. And one of the reasons for that is slavery. And I think the result and the solution to that is to provide financial aid, housing, and assistance to families, regardless of race, who are underprivileged. And that will disproportionately help Black people.”
Hasan Piker Goes Off at Asmongold Amid His Feud With Twitch Streamer Silky
Hasan Piker has called out Asmongold for his comments about Silky.
In a post made on X on September 25, 2026, Piker claimed that Asmongold “thinks Black people should shut up about slavery and its historic and contemporary contributions to inequality.”
The political streamer elaborated:
“multimillionaire who complains about video games being woke as the biggest crisis thinks Black people should shut up about chattel slavery and its historic and contemporary contributions to inequality” Hasan Piker wrote in his X post.
